225 Marsh Wall tops out

Designed by concept architect Make and constructed by developer Chalegrove Properties Limited, we were appointed to deliver the 48-storey new residential tower on the Isle of Dogs.      

The structure is now complete, with only the cladding for the final two floors remaining. Apartment fit-outs are currently underway, and work on communal and amenity spaces is scheduled to start soon. 

Our role in this project included re configuring the floor plan to optimise its layout and reconsidering materials for improved fire safety. 

The project is expected to complete in early 2024.
