Building tour of One Thames Quay

We had a great building visit to One Thames Quay last week, which we delivered for client Chalegrove Properties. 

The new 48-storey tower, creates 332 stunning new homes on the Isle of Dogs. Residents have access to extensive terraced roof gardens, a sky gym and sky lounge with views across the city and the River Thames, and even have their own bowling alley. 

Taking the concept design by Make Architects, Design Delivery Unit optimised the layout and reconsidered the materials to meet evolving fire safety requirements. A fantastic collaborative effort and a building we can all be proud of.
