London City Island Completes

London City Island in Tower Hamlets, London, completes. 

We were appointed by Ballymore to deliver phase 2 (comprising 800 residential units and ground level retail) whilst safeguarding the concept design by Glenn Howells Architects.

As Lead Consultant on the project, we controlled changes in the key factors of scope, schedule, budget, resources and risk to optimise the quality of the project. Helping create a new Island Neighbourhood, one of London’s most important waterside projects and home to the English National Ballet.
