Royal Exchange Site Visit

We recently took a team from Design Delivery Unit on a site tour of our Royal Exchange scheme.  Based in the heart of Kingston-Upon-Thames the vibrant, new mixed-use residential development comprises of 319 apartments. We were appointed by St George to optimise and deliver the scheme whilst working alongside the concept architects JTP and Simon Bowden to maximise the value of the site, improve buildability and detail the refurbishment of the two listed buildings on site.

The scheme is fast nearing completion, which is scheduled for March this year.
