Royal View, Bath Riverside Shortlisted in Sunday Times British Homes Awards 2018

Royal View (Building B5) part of the Bath Riverside Development by Crest has been shortlisted for the Apartment Development of the Year Award at this years Sunday Times British Homes Awards.

The building, positioned on the River Avon and dubbed “the Wedding Cake” due to its diminishing curved floor plates was delivered by Design Delivery Unit was originally designed by Studio Egret West.

The British Homes Awards celebrate every aspect of house building design from one-off houses to major developments, interiors to landscaping, individual extensions to placemaking on a grand scale. The Apartment Development of the Year Award recognises a single building or a multi-building scheme of apartments that demonstrate quality and makes a positive contribution to its context.

The awards event will be held on Thursday 20 September at the London Marriott Grosvenor Square.
