Our Technical Advisory Group are providing Client Monitoring Services on The Salvation Army’s prominent new Headquarters building at Denmark Hill.

Designed by TateHindle Limited, the team are using their technical expertise in detailed design and delivery to carry out due diligence for the Client. Such Third Party reviews provide assurance to the Client that the design information produced for construction detailing is all correct, technically compliant and of a high quality. Having initially reviewed Stage 3 information, now that the building is onsite, the Technical Advisory Group are working with the client team to oversee delivery and carrying out site visits to see that the construction is to the agreed parameters as set out in the Employers Requirements.

This role illustrates the importance of close collaboration with the client team as well as the main contractor and their appointed design team - a skill that the Technical Advisory Group are well versed in.

Due to open in summer 2023, the new building will be a Headquarters for The Salvation Army’s work in communities across the UK and Ireland. The church and charity is using its own land at Denmark Hill and selling its current site at Elephant and Castle to enable a cost-neutral development.
